  1. Be responsible for the R&D tests done during R&D projects / JUNIOR level: 
    1. Pre-safety tests based on standards 
    2. ERP tests based on directives 
    3. Components validation tests (i.e. torture tests) based on internal qualifications procedures
    4. Endurance tests
    5. Field-tests follow-up by customers
  2. Manage laboratory projects (new supplier validation, new tests benches, measurement tools programming changes, etc.), based on ATLANTIC’s best practices: risk analysis (i.e. FMEA), specifications, planning, reporting.
  3. Participate in Best Practices and Procedures evolutions for the R&D Laboratory
  4. Be expert in some technical fields to be defined (i.e. components, certification for a specific country, ERP, etc.).
  5. Participate in products certifications for different countries (i.e. Europe, Middle-East, Asia and South-America). Contacts with certification authorities and notified bodies.
    1. Participate in the storage management of certified finished products (follow-up and update).
  6. Commitment to Quality, Safety, and Environmental policy, procedures, and work instructions
