About the Role We are looking for a highly connected and results-driven Traditional Trade Sales supervisor to expand our cosmetics distribution across Cairo’s key wholesale markets, including Attaba , Al- Mosky and others. This role is all about relationships, hustle, and market presence — you’ll be the face of the company in the heart of traditional trade.
???? Key Responsibilities Sell and distribute products to wholesalers, traders, and retail shops Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales & collection targets Open new accounts and expand distribution in traditional markets Negotiate pricing, bulk deals, and payment terms Build strong relationships with key traders and market influencers Maintain consistent presence in Attaba and Mosky markets Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and fast-moving products Follow up on orders, deliveries, and collections
✅ What We’re Looking For2–5 years of experience in traditional trade sales (FMCG/cosmetics preferred) Strong network in the wholesale markets is a big advantage Proven ability to sell, negotiate, and close deals in fast-paced environments Deep understanding of wholesale market dynamics High energy, street awareness, and strong relationship-building skills Practical experience is more important than formal education
