. Warehouse Operations Management
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of furniture to avoid damage.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records.

- Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts.
- Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain inventory accuracy in the system.
3. Team Leadership
- Manage and supervise warehouse staff (storekeepers, helpers, forklift operators).
- Allocate tasks and monitor team performance.
- Provide training and ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures.
4. Health & Safety Compliance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Report and manage any incidents or hazards.
5. Process Improvement
- Identify areas for operational improvement and implement best practices.
- Optimize space utilization and workflow efficiency.
6. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and retail teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, stock levels, and KPIs.
