What You’ll Do:
• Lead and mentor a team of penetration testers• Own the quality of deliverables and client satisfaction• Act as the technical authority in client engagements and pre-sales• Oversee end-to-end pentesting projects (web, network, API, mobile, AD)• Drive GRC and compliance assessments (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, NCA ECC, etc.)• Represent Keys Cyber at major industry events like Caisec & Cairo ICT• Contribute to internal innovation, tooling, and methodology development
What We’re Looking For:
•5+ years in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a senior or team lead role.• Proven leadership experience managing security teams. Experience managing a team of 3+ security professionals.• Expertise across offensive security tools and methodologies• Solid understanding of compliance frameworks and security strategy• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a big plus)• Scripting/automation skills (Python, Bash, Power Shell)
Certifications (Required):At least one advanced certification, such as OSWE, OSEE, OSCE, LPT, CPENT, CEPT, GSLC, or GXPN
