Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of monthly payroll in collaboration with the team
- Handle payroll for your own set group of practices
- Update and maintain all employee master data in our HR software (Personio)
- Answer inquiries from our colleagues regarding payroll
- Assist with general telephone and written correspondence, e.g. health insurance providers, insurance companies, and government offices
- Responsible managing official reporting and certification processes.
- Participate in projects (e.g. process optimization, introduction of employee benefits, etc.)
