Strategic
Marketing Leadership
•Define and own the annual
marketing strategy for all BU brands, aligned with corporate commercial
objectives.
•Lead brand planning cycles:
situational analysis, segmentation, positioning, messaging, and tactical grid.
•Identify growth opportunities in
existing a areas; propose go-to-market approaches for
new launches.
•Develop multi-year brand roadmaps
and manage the marketing P&L budget.
Brand
Management & Campaigns
•Oversee the development of promotional
materials, content, and campaign assets in compliance with
regulatory and ethical guidelines.
•Lead integrated marketing
campaigns and measure ROI
effectively.
•Manage product lifecycle from
pre-launch through maturity and loss-of-exclusivity phases.
•Maintain brand consistency across
all touchpoints
Commercial
Excellence & Analytics
•Partner with sales leadership to
translate brand strategy into field execution plans, cycle meetings, and
rep-facing tools.
•Define KPIs, monitor campaign
performance, and present insights to the executive committee.
•Optimize budget allocation based
on channel effectiveness and market dynamics.
People
& Organizational Leadership
•Lead, mentor, and develop a team
of brand managers and marketing executives.
•Foster a performance-driven,
innovative, and compliant marketing culture.
•Set clear objectives (OKRs/KPIs)
and conduct regular performance reviews.
•Build organizational capability
through coaching, training, and succession planning.
RequirementsMBA or Post-graduate Diploma in Marketing is highly preferred.
Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in Marketing.
At least 5–7 years in a leadership role (Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing level).
Proven track record of successful product launches and market share growth .
