Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HCM Implementer position at Tidalsystems in Cairo. The HCM Implementer will be responsible for implementing software solutions, configuring systems, providing end-user training, and ensuring successful software implementation. This includes gathering client requirements, delivering training, and overseeing the go-live process.
Qualifications
Training end users on software functionality Define and execute delivery and implementation plans. Participate in pre-sales product demonstrations as needed. Problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and the ability to work in a team Knowledge of business processes and reporting requirements Assist clients in implementing ERP systems, specifically focusing on Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. Evaluate client needs and develop configurations that align with their business processes. At least 4 years of experience in software applications implementation, HCM,Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
