English Call Center Agent – Lead Qualification (US Account)
On-site – Cairo
Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
(Updates to 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM end of April)
Overview
We are hiring English-speaking call center agents to join a high-performance team working on a US account.
This is a target-driven role, not a typical customer service job.
Your responsibility is straightforward:
Call → qualify → pass strong leads to the sales team.
If you are confident in your English and comfortable working under pressure, this is a strong opportunity with real earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients (US market)
- Follow a structured script to qualify leads
- Accurately enter and update data in the system
- Maintain consistent call volume and performance
- Pass qualified leads to the closing team
Requirements (Strict)
- Good English (B2 minimum) – clear and confident speaking is required
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls daily
- Able to work in a target-driven, high-pressure environment
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Full commitment to the night shift
This role is not suitable if you:
- Are not confident speaking English on calls
- Prefer low-pressure or slow-paced work
- Cannot commit to targets and performance tracking
