We’re Hiring: Sales Executive – Business Travel & Events
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you have a strong telesales background and enjoy building client relationships while closing deals, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage inbound and outbound sales calls with corporate and exhibitor clients • Qualify prospects based on event participation, booking timelines, and room-night requirements • Present proposals including availability, pricing, and booking terms • Coordinate with pricing and operations teams before confirmations • Close bookings efficiently while maintaining excellent service quality • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules
What We’re Looking For: • 1–3 years of telesales experience • Excellent spoken and written English • Strong discipline, commitment, and work ethic • Experience using CRM systems on a daily basis is preferred • A professional and credible Linked In profile is a huge plus • College graduates and dropouts are welcome to apply
Work Conditions: Monday – Friday Morning Shift: 9 AM – 6 PM (including a 1-hour break) Night Shift: 3 PM – 12 AM (including a 1-hour break)
Compensation & Benefits: • Base salary • Transportation allowance • Commission starting from 7,000 EGP • Weekly performance-based bonuses tied to sales results, activity consistency, and CRM discipline • Social and medical insurance
