Senior Video Editor and AI Video Creator.
Job Overview We are looking for a hybrid creative powerhouse: a highly skilled Video Editor and AI Video Creator. In this role, you will bridge the gap between traditional video production and cutting-edge generative AI. Your mission is to produce high-retention, visually stunning, and culturally relevant short-form and long-form video content tailored specifically for the Saudi market (Snapchat, Tik Tok, Reels, and You Tube). You will leverage AI tools to speed up workflows, generate impossible visuals, and create performance-driven ads that capture the attention of the Saudi consumer.
Key Responsibilities* Advanced Video Editing: Edit fast-paced, high-quality videos using industry-standard software (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and mobile-native editors (Cap Cut Pro) tailored for social media algorithms.* AI Video Generation & Enhancement: Utilize state-of-the-art AI tools (e.g., Runway Gen-2, Pika Labs, Midjourney, Sora/Veo) to generate b-roll, create storyboards, extend scenes, and produce unique visual assets from text or image prompts.* AI Audio & Voice Cloning: Generate high-quality, natural-sounding Arabic voiceovers using AI tools (e.g., Eleven Labs), ensuring the tone, dialect (Najdi, Hejazi, etc.), and pacing perfectly match the Saudi audience.* Cultural Trend-Jacking: Keep a strong pulse on Saudi social media trends, popular audio tracks, and cultural moments (Riyadh Season, National Day) to produce highly shareable and relevant content.* Performance-Driven Creation: Work closely with the media buying team to design videos optimized for conversion. Create multiple hooks, A/B testing variations, and direct-response creatives designed to lower CPA and boost ROAS.* Workflow Automation: Continuously research and integrate new AI plugins and tools to streamline the post-production process, from automatic captioning (with accurate Arabic text) to color grading and sound design.
Requirements & Qualifications* Experience: 3–5 years of solid video editing experience, plus 1–2 years of hands-on experience utilizing generative AI tools in a commercial or agency setting.* The AI Stack: Proven expertise in AI prompt engineering for visuals. Must be highly proficient with tools like Midjourney, Runway, Topaz Labs, and AI audio generators.* Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (Motion Graphics experience is a major plus).* Saudi Market Fluency: A strong understanding of the visual aesthetics, pacing, humor, and cultural boundaries of the Saudi digital landscape.* The Portfolio: A cutting-edge showreel or portfolio that clearly demonstrates both traditional editing chops (pacing, cuts, sound design) and the successful integration of AI-generated elements in final commercial projects.* Adaptability: High speed of execution and the ability to pivot quickly as social media trends and AI technologies evolve daily.
