Primary Function:The ERP Application Specialist is a solution-oriented professional who anchors our digital operations, ensuring our Microsoft Dynamics 365 and HRMS environments operate at peak performance. This role bridges the gap between our warehouse, retail, and back-office teams, translating complex system requirements into seamless workflows. As a functional expert, ERP Application Specialist is expected to drive system upgrades and manage integration projects with our solution partners to turn data into actionable business intelligence. Specific Duties and Responsibilities:ERP Functional Anchor: Serve as the primary support/reference for Dynamics 365 F&O, resolving hurdles in Finance, SCM, and Retail/POS modules to ensure zero downtime in distribution and sales. Project & Partner Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for external consultants and vendors; manage project timelines, deliverables, and SLAs for all system enhancements and integrations. Lifecycle & Upgrade Management: Lead the planning, testing (UAT), and deployment of ERP version upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Business Intelligence: Translate business needs into dashboards / KPIs, managing both internal development and partner-led delivery. HRMS & Payroll Oversight: Administer the our HRMS platform (Zen HR), overseeing user access, and the sync between payroll and ERP financial journals. Requirement Gathering: Translate business needs from department heads into clear technical specifications for system customizations, reports, automations or integrations. Process Excellence: Audit existing applications workflows to identify bottlenecks; conduct hands-on training sessions and create localized SOPs for warehouse and retail staff. System Health: Collaborate with technical partners to oversee system updates, data backups, and integration stability between the ERP and third-party apps. Qualifications, Education and /or Experience Requirements:ERP Expertise: 4+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O (including Retail), with a deep understanding of functional workflows. Industry Background: Proven expertise in the FMCG lifecycle from procurement to warehouse management, van sales, and POS. D365 Functional Skills: Hands-on knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O and Retail, with the ability to diagnose functional gaps and engineer system-driven process improvements. Implementation Lifecycle: Participation in at least one full-cycle Dynamics 365 F&O implementation, from functional requirement gathering to successful go-live. System Evolution: Demonstrated experience coordinating Saa S upgrades and system enhancements in a live production environment. Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Finance. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification (Finance, Retial or Supply Chain..etc) is highly preferred. Technical Toolkit:Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, troubleshooting, and reporting. Advanced Power BI and Excel capabilities for building automated operational dashboards and translating ERP data into actionable insights. Experience with Zen HR or similar HRMS integrations is a significant plus. Soft Skills: Bilingual (Arabic & English) with the ability to bridge the gap between technical partners and non-technical field staff.
