Job Details

 

  • Support the development and execution of the category strategy in alignment with B.TECH’s overall business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for category growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth product lifecycle management from launch to phase-out.
  • Assist in defining product requirements, specifications, and positioning to meet customer needs and strengthen market competitiveness.
  • Coordinate with vendors to support negotiations, product availability, and promotional planning.
  • Monitor product performance, sales, and profitability, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize the product portfolio.
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive awareness and sales performance.
