About the Role:
We're looking for a Social Media Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize social media content across multiple platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of content strategy, audience behavior, platform algorithms, and performance analysis.
You'll work closely with content creators, designers, and marketing managers to grow brand presence, engagement, and conversions.——Key Responsibilities:• Manage and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Linkedin, etc.)• Plan monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals.• Write engaging captions and adapt tone of voice per platform.• Monitor comments, messages, and engagement (or coordinate with moderation teams)• Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights.• Stay up to date with social media trends, features, and algorithm changes.• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content creators.• Support paid campaigns with organic content optimization.——Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field (preferred)• 2-4+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content tormats.• Excellent written communication skills.• Strong organizational and time-management skills.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
