Job Overview
The Area Sales Manager is responsible for managing and developing the retail performance of the service stations within the assigned area. The role focuses on driving sales growth in fuels, lubricants, and non-fuel retail (NFR), ensuring operational excellence according to standards and maintaining strong dealer relationships.
Job Responsibilities
Promote and ensure the implementation of HSEQ standards across all stations within the assigned area.
Manage retail sales performance for fuels, lubricants, and NFR across a portfolio of service stations.
Develop and monitor site-by-site business plans to achieve sales and profitability targets.
Maintain strong relationships with dealers and ensure proper control of guarantees, payments, and receivables.
Monitor station performance and implement corrective actions to achieve operational and commercial targets.
Coordinate with the NFR team to implement NFR initiatives and ensure return on investment.
Ensure site rental agreements renewal before expiration to mitigate operational risks.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with Petromin operational standards.
