Job Details

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Responsible to achieve the required sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. 
  • Develop business plans and implement the segment sales strategies
  • Build and maintain company sales pipeline updated and arranging and conducting a monthly / Quarterly pipeline follow up meetings and provide mitigation action plan.
  • Responsible to prospect target customers (end users , EPCs and OEMs ) for different market sectors and nurture existing ones by visiting them, gathering vital data on the new business opportunities (CAPEX / OPEX) and elaborate actions to enhance the company position in the market.
  • Building relationships with all level customer’s key-decision makers and represent the company in meetings with target customers (Engineering firms , consultant , End users and OEMs) and provide support to Partners assigned by the company located in the region
  • Capitalizing on WEG strengths to maximize the generation of quality RFQs and offers hitrate Responsible for the growth of WEG’s sales in the Country and assigned regions
  • Collaborate with Application engineers team and with the Management of the company, by sharing gathered intelligence on specific projects, helping the team to define best strategies and approach to the successful acquisition of Orders.
  • Participation in market sector based sales projects as directed by the Management  Develop good customer relationships through excellent customer service
  • Take initiative in identifying new customers and business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional service and support
