Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Morning Account position, located in New Cairo. The ideal candidate will interact with customers through various channels, handle inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure exceptional service in a professional manner. Responsibilities include effectively resolving customer issues, following up on requests, and maintaining accurate customer records. The role requires candidates to communicate in English at a B1 level and adhere to company policies and customer satisfaction standards.
Qualifications
Strong English language proficiency at a B1 level, with effective communication skills both written and verbal Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address and resolve customer inquiries Organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively Customer service and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships Proficiency in computer and system navigation; familiarity with CRM software is a plus Ability to work onsite in New Cairo and adhere to flexible morning schedules Prior experience in customer service, call center, or related roles is preferred
