- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse range of roles, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring activity and outcomes.
