Job Details

  • Oversee and process end-to-end payroll operations for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary adjustments.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to ensure timely and accurate payroll data collection and reporting.
  • Prepare and review payroll reports, reconciliations, and variance analyses for management review.
  • Ensure all statutory deductions, such as taxes, social insurance, and benefits, are accurately calculated and remitted.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and related matters in a timely and professional manner.
  • Implement and maintain payroll systems and software, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary payroll documentation and explanations.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations, tax laws, and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Assist in developing and improving payroll policies, procedures, and workflows for greater efficiency.
