Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies.• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to Identify new opportunities.• Manage the launch and promotion of new products.• Collaborate with the sales team to provide training, support and marketing tools.• Monitor product performance and market trends, adjusting strategies as needed.• Work closely with medical and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with industry standards.• Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.• Manage budgeting and forecasting for assigned products. Requirements:• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Product Manager.• Good relationships with Gynecologist, maternity hospitals and IVF doctors• Proven success in new product launches is a plus.• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or Science.• Holding an MBA or Marketing Diploma is an advantage.• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.• Highly energetic, proactive, and results-driven.
