Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Sales Specialist, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Insurance Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, understanding their insurance needs, and offering customized insurance solutions. The role includes building strong client relationships, explaining coverage and policy details, and collaborating with insurance brokers when necessary. Regular engagement with clients to ensure satisfaction and provide exceptional customer service is also part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

Experience in Insurance Sales and a solid understanding of Insurance products Proficiency in handling Customer Service inquiries and resolving concerns effectively Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field is preferred
