Main Responsibilities

Production Leadership

• Oversee the full production cycle for all digital shows (pre-production, production, post-production)
• Supervise day-to-day production operations and ensure high production standards
• Act as the main point of contact between creative, production, and external teams

Team & Talent Management

• Select, hire freelancers, and creative teams per project
• Build and maintain a strong network of trusted directors, DOPs, editors, writers, designers, and crew
• Manage contracts, scopes, and deliverables for all production partners

Budgeting & Planning

• Create detailed production budgets and cost breakdowns per show
• Optimize budgets while maintaining creative and technical quality
• Monitor production spending and ensure projects stay within approved budgets

Creative & Execution Oversight

• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to translate concepts into executable production plans
• Ensure creative vision, tone, and purpose are preserved throughout production
• Review scripts, storyboards, shot lists, and production plans

Locations & Logistics

• Scout, select, and secure filming locations
• Manage permits, logistics, equipment needs, and production schedules
• Oversee production timelines and ensure on-time delivery

• 6-8 years of experience in TV, digital, or branded content production
• Proven experience producing digital shows or long-form content
• Strong network of production houses, freelancers, and creative talent
• Excellent budgeting, scheduling, and production management skills
• Strong understanding of creative workflows and technical production requirements
• Ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in Arabic and English
