  • About the Role:
    We are a leading agency in providing high-quality production equipment and solutions. Our pharmaceutical division is expanding, and we are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Sales Specialist to develop the Egyptian market.
  • This is a remote, results-oriented role perfect for a technical sales professional with a deep understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. You will be the key link between our advanced machinery solutions and pharmaceutical companies, helping them optimize their production in solid dosage, semi-solid, syrup and sterile environments.
  • Your Mission:
    To proactively generate leads, build strong relationships with pharmaceutical industry clients, and technically sell our portfolio of machinery and production line solutions. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing, leveraging your industry expertise to provide exceptional value.
  • Key Outcomes Expected :
  •  Generate a minimum of 20 qualified new leads per month.
  •  Secure and conduct 8-10 client meetings/appointments per week.
  •  Achieve a minimum of €250,000 in closed sales orders within your first year.
  • Job Description :
  •  Actively prospect and target new business opportunities within pharmaceutical manufacturers in Egypt.
  •  Conduct technical needs analysis to understand client challenges in production (solid, semi-solid, sterile) and present tailored equipment solutions.
  •  Manage the entire sales process, from lead to order, including preparing quotations, technical proposals, and commercial negotiations.
  •  Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to engineers, production managers, and decision-makers.
  •  Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, providing pre-sales and post-sales support.
  •  Build and maintain a robust network of contacts within pharmaceutical companies.
  •  Submit regular sales activity and pipeline reports.
