Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Reservations - Customer Service representative located in New Cairo. The role involves assisting customers with booking hotel reservations, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional experience. Additional responsibilities include handling receptionist duties, managing reservations, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members Experience in handling Reservations and Customer Service efficiently Proficiency in managing Receptionist Duties, such as answering calls, scheduling, and general administrative tasks Familiarity with Food & Beverage services in hospitality settings as a plus Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a high-paced, team-oriented environment Fluency in English; additional language abilities are a plus Previous experience in a hotel, travel agency, or relevant field is preferred
