Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Representative based in Qesm El Maadi. The Call Center Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide support and assistance, resolve complaints, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain accurate records of interactions. Responsibilities also include maintaining a courteous and professional attitude while managing multiple tasks effectively and problem-solving customer issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Proven skills in Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction. Exceptional Interpersonal Skills to communicate effectively and maintain positive relationships with customers. Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including familiarity with relevant software and tools. Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective time management skills. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in customer service is considered an advantage. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is an asset.
