Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt for an Assistant Store Manager. The Assistant Store Manager will assist in the daily operations and management of the store. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, monitoring inventory levels, assisting with sales strategies, and maintaining organized and visually appealing store displays. The role also involves ensuring adherence to store policies, handling customer concerns, and supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales and operational goals.
Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure an excellent experience for all customers. Effective Communication skills for interacting with team members, management, and customers. Experienced in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention to maintain smooth operations and compliance with security measures. Ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in retail or similar customer-focused roles is preferred.
