- Managing the schedule for conference rooms, ensuring they are "client-ready" (clean, stocked with water/marketing brochures) before presentations.
- Handling sensitive contracts, organizing "Know Your Customer" (KYC) documents, and coordinating couriers for title deeds or checks.
- Managing supplies, handling incoming mail, and ensuring the lobby reflects a luxury or professional aesthetic at all times.
1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably within the real-estate industryExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and front desk management software.Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
