Job Details

Key Responsibilities:Review returned items for accuracy, condition, and eligibility for reimbursement. Investigate discrepancies between returned items and original orders. Submit reimbursement or refund tickets through Amazon Seller Central in accordance with Amazons policies. Track and follow up on submitted tickets to ensure timely resolution. Accurately log return activities and resolutions within Seller Cloud. Communicate with Amazon support as needed to resolve disputes or escalations. Identify trends in returns to help improve processes and reduce future return rates. Collaborate with the operations and fulfillment team to ensure returned inventory is processed correctly.
Requirements:Proven experience using Amazon Seller Central, especially with return management and case submission. Familiarity with Seller Cloud or similar inventory/order management software. Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate professionally with Amazon representatives and internal teams. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple return cases simultaneously. Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently. Prior experience in e-commerce operations or online retail is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in apparel or fashion e-commerce. Understanding of Amazons reimbursement policies and procedures. Previous experience handling FBA reimbursements or return disputes.
