Role Overview We are looking for a highly motivated, Arabic-speaking Sales & Business Development Executive to spearhead our expansion into the Saudi Arabian market. Your primary goal will be to identify business opportunities, reach out to SMEs in KSA, and sell our Digital Transformation Packages (Website Development, AI Chatbot Setup, and Saa S solutions).
Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential B2B clients in Saudi Arabia (Retail, Real Estate, Clinics, and E-commerce) through Linked In, Google Maps, and local directories. Cold Outreach: Initiate contact via Whats App, Linked In, and Cold Calls in professional Arabic. Consultative Selling: Understand the client’s business needs and pitch our Website & AI Automation services as a solution. Meeting Coordination: Schedule and conduct online demos or discovery calls with potential clients. Reporting: Maintain a record of leads and follow-ups in our CRM (Zarion CRM).
Requirements (Must-Have) Language: Native Arabic speaker (fluency in Egyptian or Saudi dialect) with Professional English skills for internal communication. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Telemarketing, or Business Development (Tech/Agency background is a plus). Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian business culture and professional etiquette. Communication: Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills. Tech Savvy: Basic understanding of Website platforms (Word Press/Shopify) and AI tools.
