Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in New Cairo. The Sales Indoor role involves engaging with clients to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring excellent customer service. The daily responsibilities include managing sales processes, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and supporting them with queries related to business and workforce solutions. The role also involves offering guidance and training to clients to maximize their satisfaction and company success.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and address their needs. Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to conduct and oversee the sales process successfully. Experience or knowledge in conducting Training and providing product or service guidance. Proactive problem-solving and organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in sales or a customer-focused role is advantageous. A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
