Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle customer complaints and work on resolving issues efficiently.
- Provide after-sales technical support to customers.
- Provide technical support after maintenance and follow up on customer satisfaction.
- Act as a link between customers and the maintenance team to ensure clear communication and fast
- problem resolution.
- Follow up on machine shipping and delivery status and update customers accordingly.
- Record and track customer issues and ensure proper follow-up until closure.
