Customer Service & Technical Support Representative


We are looking for a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing after-sales and after-maintenance technical support, and ensuring a smooth communication flow between customers and the maintenance team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle customer complaints and work on resolving issues efficiently.
  • Provide after-sales technical support to customers.
  • Provide technical support after maintenance and follow up on customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a link between customers and the maintenance team to ensure clear communication and fast
  • problem resolution.
  • Follow up on machine shipping and delivery status and update customers accordingly.
  • Record and track customer issues and ensure proper follow-up until closure.
