- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Organize, classify, and archive customer-related documents in both digital and physical formats.
- Implement and enforce document control procedures to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
- Coordinate with sales, customer service, and technical teams to gather and verify customer information.
- Monitor data integrity and perform regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies.
- Manage document version control, ensuring only the latest and approved documents are accessible.
- Support the onboarding of new customers by collecting, verifying, and entering relevant data.
- Respond promptly to requests for customer information from internal stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and analytics related to customer data and document management.
- Contribute to process improvements for database and document management workflows.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in document control, data management, or a similar administrative role.Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.Proficiency in database management systems and document control software.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience working in office-based environments.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, or food industries is an advantage.
