Receptionist

  • To ensure a professional, welcoming and efficient front desk experience for all clients while supporting internal team coordination.
  • Client Greeting & Check-In, welcome every client with a warm, professional attitude and register on the system. Verify client appointment details and ensure smooth internal readiness.
  •  Appointment Coordination, Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments upon request and ensure system updates including details of cancelation & no show. Inform CRM of any walk-ins and Call Center of last-minute changes.
  • Communication Handling, respond to general inquiries (location, timing, doctors available).
  •  Coordination with Internal Teams, maintain constant communication with the whole team to ensure smooth workflow in the hub, and use of the hub system to make all updates.
