What This Role Is About We are looking for a Head of Finance – MEA, based in Cairo, to lead the financial strategy, governance, and performance management across a large, regional multinational group.
You will be responsible for overseeing finance operations across multiple markets in the Middle East and Africa, ensuring strong financial control, compliance, and strategic support to the business.
This role is ideal for a senior finance leader with extensive regional exposure, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to operate in a complex, multi-country environment.
You will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance management while partnering closely with executive leadership to support growth, investment decisions, and long-term strategy.
Your ability to manage regional teams, standardize processes, and deliver clear financial insights will be critical to driving sustainable performance across the MEA region.
The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit10+ years of progressive finance experience within a large regional or multinational organization. Proven experience managing finance operations across the Middle East and Africa region. Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory reporting. Solid knowledge of regional regulatory, tax, and compliance requirements. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop regional finance teams. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
