Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment through effective employee engagement initiatives.
- Address employee grievances and facilitate conflict resolution in a timely manner.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Develop career development plans and succession planning to support employee growth.
Performance Management:
- Implement performance evaluation processes and provide guidance to management on performance improvement plans.
- Assist in setting performance goals and measuring employee performance effectively.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to employee compensation.
Policy Development:
- Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure all HR practices comply with legal requirements and organizational standards.
Health and Safety:
- Promote a safe and healthy work environment by implementing safety policies.
- Conduct regular health and safety assessments and ensure compliance with regulations.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Maintain and analyze HR metrics to track staffing effectiveness, employee turnover, and other key indicators.
- Prepare reports for senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
