  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest records and billing.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and issues are resolved swiftly.
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel’s property management system.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area.
  • Process payments, issue room keys, and manage cash and credit transactions securely.
  • Provide guests with information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options.
  • Assist in resolving guest complaints or issues, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Support administrative tasks and contribute to a positive team environment.
