  • Participate in planning the urban of new projects , till reaching the Governmental ministerial decree.
  • Preform a redevelopment study to the Land use of projects to maximize the revenue in relation with the client satisfaction.
  • Work as a client representative with consultants , from the Conceptual design phase till the issue for construction documents & Tendering process.
  • Develop in house projects as Conceptual design & preliminary Schematic drawings .
  • Design architectural concepts & Proposals for residential & retail Buildings .
  • Create Studies to Developing land uses with a relationship between the revenue and fees of changing.
  • Managing urban & architectural design solutions to the problems might occur with the customers through the construction process.
  • Review architectural drawings, specifications, and material selections for compliance with codes, standards, and company guidelines.
  • Support the preparation and review of design packages submitted for authority approvals.
