We are looking for passionate and skilled Operational Trainers to join a reputable travel agency. The ideal candidate will have a solid operational background in the travel industry, strong English communication skills (C1 level is a must), and hands-on experience working with Amadeus and other GDS systems.
This role is perfect for travel professionals who are eager to take the next step in their career and contribute to developing and empowering our operational teams through effective training programs.
Requirements
✅ English Proficiency: C1 Level (Mandatory – written and spoken)✅ Systems Experience: Hands-on experience with Amadeus and GDS systems✅ Industry Background: Experience as a Travel Agent or in Travel Operations is required✅ Training Exposure: Candidates who have worked as trainers (permanent, on-loan, or task-based) are encouraged to apply Co-trainers or operational staff with 3–6 months of training experience and the required system knowledge are also welcome
