Document Controller

The Document Controller is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project documentation to ensure accuracy, version control, and compliance with company standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, register, and distribute all incoming and outgoing project documents.
  • Maintain a structured filing and document control system (both digital and hard copy).
  • Ensure proper version control for drawings, technical submittals, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with engineers, site teams, consultants, and clients for document flow.
  • Track document status including submissions, approvals, and revisions.
  • Prepare transmittals and document reports.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of project documents.
  • Archive completed project documents according to company procedures.
  • Support audits by providing accurate and organized documentation records.
