Marketing Specialist

Position Overview:
TyrePro is seeking a passionate and innovative Marketing Specialist to join our
team. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate with a strong drive to excel in digital and
traditional marketing. The candidate will play a key role in driving brand awareness,
enhancing customer engagement, and supporting both B2B and B2C growth
strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing:
• Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms
(social media, search engines, and email).
• Analyze digital performance metrics and recommend strategies to improve
ROI.
• Manage and grow TyrePro’s social media presence, including creating
engaging content and responding to customer inquiries.
• Collaborate on website updates, ensuring content aligns with marketing
objectives and SEO best practices.
2. Traditional Marketing:
• Assist in planning and executing offline campaigns such as billboards,
brochures, and event sponsorships.
• Coordinate with print media and other traditional advertising partners for


promotional activities.
3. Strategic Input:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and
competitor activities.
• Recommend innovative marketing strategies tailored to the automotive
service sector.
4. Brand Development:
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms and customer
touchpoints.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop promotional materials that reflect
TyrePro’s premium brand image. 
5. Customer Engagement:
• Partner with the sales team to create customer-focused campaigns and
promotions.
• Gather customer feedback and use insights to refine marketing efforts.
6. Collaboration & Learning:
• Work closely with other departments to align marketing initiatives with
company objectives.
• Actively participate in training and professional development opportunities
to prepare for leadership roles.
