Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to updating salary structures, pay scales, and grading systems.
  • Conduct internal equity checks and support annual salary/merit review cycles.
  • Analyze market compensation data and prepare benchmarking reports.
  • Perform job evaluations and ensure alignment with company policies.
  • Administer employee benefits programs (medical, life insurance, allowances).
  • Handle insurance claims, renewals, and employee inquiries.
  • Support negotiations with benefits providers and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare monthly workforce cost reports and C&B dashboards.
  • Track HR KPIs such as turnover, absenteeism, and payroll variances.
  • Maintain accurate compensation and benefits databases.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Support audits and assist in updating reward and benefits policies.
