Executive Assistant

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for executive review.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Organize and prioritize incoming requests, emails, and documents to facilitate efficient workflow.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and materials preparation.
  • Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Assist in the preparation of expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking for executive approval.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the executive team.
  • Support office management functions, including supply inventory and vendor coordination.

3-5 years of experience in a similar role.Excellent English skills (spoken and written).Strong communication and organizational skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Resident of 6th of October City.females only.
