- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for executive review.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Organize and prioritize incoming requests, emails, and documents to facilitate efficient workflow.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and materials preparation.
- Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Assist in the preparation of expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking for executive approval.
- Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the executive team.
- Support office management functions, including supply inventory and vendor coordination.
