- Job Summary:
- Responsible for managing the company's CRM system, updating customer data, analyzing it to understand customer needs, and helping improve communication and satisfaction.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain customer data in the CRM system.
-  Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
-  Support the marketing and sales teams in organizing customer communication campaigns.
-  Prepare simple reports about customer activity and sales performance.
