• Job Summary:
  • Responsible for managing the company's CRM system, updating customer data, analyzing it to understand customer needs, and helping improve communication and satisfaction.
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Update and maintain customer data in the CRM system.
  •  Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
  •  Support the marketing and sales teams in organizing customer communication campaigns.
  •  Prepare simple reports about customer activity and sales performance.
  •  Coordinate with other departments to improve customer service.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Good knowledge of CRM  Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office programs. Good communication and organizational skills. 2 To 3 Years Experience in Crm
