Job Summary:
You’ll be responsible for insurances’ claim forms management between third
parties and hospital departments.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Always ensure the availability of insurances claim forms in the hospital.
- Manage all administration aspects of the claim forms.
- Report low stock of claim forms to third parties and request new stock by mail
- Distribute claim forms to reception users and other users by claim’s serial number and insurance account name and obtain users’ signatures.
- Receives claims and invoices from users and reconciles the received claims
- forms versus the provided claims’ forms to identify the missing claims daily.
- Report the missing claims by user and insurance account monthly.
- Deliver the received invoices and claim forms to the billing auditor’s team.
Education: Bachelor degree of commerceExperience: 1 to 2 years or fresh graduateTraining : Problem solvingSkills:Good Interpersonal skills.Time ManagementExcellent knowledge in computer office (word-Excel-Power point)
