- Greet and assist customers with professionalism and product knowledge
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable diamond jewellery pieces.
- Maintain strong product knowledge, including diamond quality (4Cs), certification, and pricing.
- Ensure excellent after-sales service to build long-term customer relationships.
- Record all sales transactions accurately in the system.
- Provide daily and weekly sales reports to management.
Update customer data and maintain accurate CRM records.
Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or Jewellery Studies (preferred). Minimum 2–3 years of experience in luxury jewellery or diamond sales. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a retail environment. Product Knowledge Strong understanding of diamond grading (4Cs: Cut, Color, Clarity, Carat) and certification (GIA, IGI, etc.). Good awareness of current jewellery trends and customer preferences. Ability to explain diamond quality and value to customers confidently and clearly. Sales & Communication Skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Persuasive and confident in handling high-value transactions. Skilled in upselling and cross-selling luxury products.Personal Attributes Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented.High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.
