The Marketing Communications Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing communication strategies for Maxim Business Sectors with main focus on the F&B. This role ensures strong brand positioning, customer engagement, merchandising and revenue growth by creating innovative campaigns, overseeing digital and offline marketing, and aligning with business objectives.
- Develop and implement marketing plans for Maxim group, mainly restaurants, cafés, and F&B outlets.
- Manage brand identity, storytelling, and positioning across all platforms.
- Plan and execute campaigns (digital, social, print, PR, influencer marketing).
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer trend tracking.
- Coordinate with operations, culinary, and sales teams to drive promotions.
- Manage marketing budgets, KPIs, and ROI reporting.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and consistency across outlets.
- Lead local partnerships and co branding agreements
- Years of Experience: 10+ years of experience in Food & Beverage, with at least 5 years in F&B, hospitality, or retail- Preferably X, McDonald's, or Americana - Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.- Skills:- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding ROI targets.- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
