Customer Support & Operations / (Beauty Therapist)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert skincare support and product guidance to professional clients via email, chat, and phone
  • Assist the CEO in managing bookings and coordinating communications with clients
  • Conduct remote training sessions for beauty professionals to ensure correct product usage
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Identify and act on upselling opportunities (commission-based)
  • Handle daily operations such as follow-ups, coordination, and performance tracking
