Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert skincare support and product guidance to professional clients via email, chat, and phone
- Assist the CEO in managing bookings and coordinating communications with clients
- Conduct remote training sessions for beauty professionals to ensure correct product usage
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Identify and act on upselling opportunities (commission-based)
- Handle daily operations such as follow-ups, coordination, and performance tracking
